- If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts and request a refund before approving revisions.
- If a project is canceled before any design work has begun.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If you have approved a design concept and requested revisions.
- If the final logo files have been delivered.
- If the refund request is made after 15 days from the order date.
- If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to lack of communication or incomplete information provided by the client.
